- The only other solution I can think of is, if the whole document is
- selected, do not allow the user to enter text. All other shortcuts like
- cut, copy, paste, delete, etc. will work, but typing text (which would
- replace the whole document) just causes the bell to ring. This wouldn't
- be hard to implement, because all the program has to do it disallow text
- entry if every entry in the document is selected.
